Ms. Pat Ham, age 89 of Lebanon, died Monday morning, March 2 at the Pavilion Lebanon. She is survived by: son, Rob Ham and wife Jennifer; father of her son, Jack Ham of Fairfield Glades; grandson, Brayden Ham of U.T. Chattanooga.
Ms. Ham is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, March 8 at 1:00 PM. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: Nick Morris, Mikey West, Tom Morris, Brayden Ham, Ethan Underwood, Johnny Woosley.
Visitation on Sunday only from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
