ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Empreinte Consulting celebrated its move from the suburbs to the city on Tuesday. The nonprofit consulting firm, which assists other nonprofits with fundraising, grant writing, and development goals, has relocated from Pittsford to Farash Place on East Avenue near Union Street.
“When this idea first came about, I thought no one would really be interested in our business moving into the city. And it’s just been heartwarming,” said Mark Misiurewicz, CEO and founder of Empreinte Consulting. “And the one thing we continue to talk about is the energy that we’ve found since we moved into this building.”
Empreinte now shares the building with organizations such as the Max and Marian Farash Charitable Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester.
Empreinte staff were joined by elected officials, including Mayor Malik Evans, along with additional city and regional representatives, business leaders, and community partners on Tuesday.
