Katsuyaki, 2180 Harbor Blvd., Suite A, Costa Mesa

Heidi’s Donuts, 13091 Springdale St., Westminster

M Joy, 1071 N. Tustin Ave., Suite 108, Anaheim

Updates since last week’s list:

Bun World at 1071 N. Tustin Ave., Suite 107, Anaheim, which was ordered closed Feb. 19 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Feb. 21.

Capital at Irvine Spectrum Center, 770 Spectrum Center Drive, Irvine, which was ordered closed Feb. 18 because of plumbing in disrepair, was allowed to reopen Feb. 21.
