Sandra was born February 20, 1963 in Gainesboro, TN daughter of the late James Phann and Dorthey Louise Scott Williams. She was preceded in death by siblings: Brenda Davis, Dewayne Phann and Jerry Phann.
Sandra is survived by two daughters: Hope Michelle Lambert and Dawn Marie Burnley: grandchildren Abby Grisham, Maison Carden, and Braxton Carden: brother, Terry Phann and sisters Georgia Harris and Edna Spivey..
Sandra is at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes. There are no services planned.
