BATH, N.Y. — State Police say they arrested a 26-year-old man following an investigation that started in September.
Zachary Preston was charged with rape in the second degree. State Police say an investigation started after a report that involved a 13-year-old.
Preston was arrested on Wednesday in the Town of Bath. He was brought to the Steuben County Jail.
