Rochester Auto Show kicks off Friday at convention center

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Riverside Convention Center will be full of over 150 new models of cars and trucks starting Friday.

The Rochester Auto Show runs through Sunday, bringing together car dealers across the region to help people select a new car. There will be sedans, SUVs, electric vehicles, hybrids, commercial trucks, and more at the show.

    There will also be special events at the show. Monroe Community College representatives will be there to discuss careers in the auto tech industry and share information on the new Advanced Technology Center. The state’s Department of Corrections and Community Service will also be there for recruitment.

    In addition, the Monroe County Clerk’s office will set up a mobile station at the show to process DMV transactions. It will be there on Friday from 3 to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
