ROCHESTER, N.Y. — State Police were investigating a crash on Route 590 North in Rochester on Tuesday night.
A News10NBC photojournalist observed one car on a tow truck and another two cars smashed nearby. The northbound lanes were shut down between Browncroft and Empire boulevards. News10NBC saw one person from each scene taken into ambulances.
