ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Jury deliberations continue on Tuesday in the trial of Jamie Busch, accused of killing her sister, Penny Busch, and hiding her body in October of 2024.
News10NBC’s Erin Mahon is tracking the latest from the courtroom for day two of deliberations. On Tuesday, jurors requested to rewatch bodycam videos and surveillance footage from outside Dunkin’ Donuts, where police found Penny Busch’s phones. According to court documents, Jamie Busch took her sister’s three cell phones and dumped them in the garbage can outside of Dunkin’ Donuts.
