2026 Eastern Interscholastic Swimming & Diving Championships
Feb. 13-14 Lancaster, PA SCY (25 yards) ResultsThe annual Eastern Interscholastic Swimming & Diving Championships featured several future Power 4 college swimmers, as is usually the case.
What was different about this year’s meet, though, was the performance of an eighth grader in the midst of all those college commits.
Madison Suchecki, a 14-year-old from Episcopal Academy, won a pair of events.
Suchecki first won the 200 IM in a personal best time of 2:01.10, which moved her to 9th in the 13-14 girls’ age group this season.
Later, Suchecki won the 100 breast in a time of 1:03.16, which was just one one-hundredths off her personal best time that ranks her 12th this season in the 13-14 age group.
In the team competition, Germantown Academy won the girls’ event by 15.5 points over Mercersburg Academy. The boys’ title was won easily by Mercersburg, which was 134.5 points better than runner-up Phillips Academy.
