ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester police responded to a shooting on William Warfield Drive near Joseph Avenue at around Midnight on Sunday. Officers found a 36-year-old city resident with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.
Officials said no suspect is currently in custody. A group had gathered on William Warfield Drive for an unknown reason when the shooting occurred.
