Neither Alba nor Warren will pay spousal support, although Alba will pay Warren $3 million to complete the distribution of assets.
The exes announced their divorce in Februray 2025, after 16 years of marriage. Both have moved on with new relationships. Warren with model Hana Sun Doerr, then aspiring actress Seanna Pereira. And Alba with Ramirez, an actor whose credits include Top Gun: Maverick, The Last of Us, and the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
According to Elle, Alba and Ramirez were friends first, with their connecting turning more romantic in mid-July 2025. Photos of the two on vacation in Mexico kicked off the rumor mill. They attended the US Open and MTV VMAs after-party together in September 2025, then went Instagram official in November 2025.
