Feb. 6
12:15 p.m.: A caller reported hearing that a girl at their school drive herself there without a license. The student wanted the driver to be safe and know that driving without a license can lead to a lot of trouble.
4:45 p.m.: A caller reported a handyman did a bad job fixing their friend’s driveway and felt their friend was taken advantage of.
Feb. 7
3:45 p.m.: A caller reported her ex-boyfriend was mad she started talking to other people. She said they broke up a few weeks earlier and have a baby together.
Feb. 8
9:15 a.m.: A man reported his nephew just trashed the caller’s brother’s house in Texas, destroyed a grave site and was heading on a bus to Colorado. The caller’s brother also reported the incident to police in Texas.
7:30 p.m.: A caller reported a house guest was flipping breakers, turning off the internet and messing with the heating.
Feb. 9
11 a.m.: A caller wanted to make sure their sister’s pet chihuahua was OK after their sister was arrested the day before.
11:30 a.m.: A woman reported she received injuries after riding in a city-operated bus that she said hit a speed bump too fast.
3:15 p.m.: A caller reported there was an albino peacock loose in the area.
Feb. 10
2:45 p.m.: A caller reported there were people knocking and circling the caller’s house while they were away from home. The people claimed to be with the gas company, but the company told the caller they were not employees.
Feb. 11
9 a.m.: A caller reported their neighbor’s dog smelled like pee.
6:15 p.m.: A caller at the Climbing Collective, 1516 8th Ave., reported a man by the back parking lot was wandering around and making customers feel unsafe.
Feb. 12
1:30 p.m.: A caller reported a peacock running around.
3:45 p.m.: A caller reported there were chickens living inside a house.
