After a career spanning over 40 years, Michelle Yeoh has finally received her flowers.
The Malaysian actress received her Hollywood Walk of Fame star in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning. The ceremony was attended by many costars and directors who have worked with Yeoh over the past few years, including Ke Huy Quan, Sandra Oh, Awkwafina, Jon M. Chu and Ang Lee.
"I remember when I first went to the Walk of Fame because it’s very iconic. You want to go there because all your big heroes who’ve been in the business since you were a kid are there," the Crazy Rich Asians actress told Variety on Tuesday, a day before her ceremony. "I remember looking, ‘Oh, here’s so and so!’ So now, just to think that I’m getting it, it’s a dream come true."
At her star ceremony, the 63-year-old actress stunned in a bright yellow sleeveless silk Dior dress, and accesorized the look with a pair of Roger Vivier silver high heels, a luxury Richard Mille watch and diamond jewelry. Her long brown hair was styled straight, complemented by a soft and natural makeup look.
