Chicago Fireactress, Brittany Curran, was arrested on charges of public intoxication on Friday, Feb. 13.
Curran was arrested by the Burbank Police Department for allegedly being drunk in public and for disorderly conduct. She was not held on bail and was released from police custody that same day.
Curran starred as Katie Nolan in Chicago Fire seasons 2, 3, and 7. Her character was the half-sister of Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and daughter of Benny Severide (Treat Williams). Curran has also had roles in the television shows The Magicians, Dear White People, and Twisted.
Curran will be starring in the upcoming romance film The Heart Brake alongside Joey Lawrence and Beverly D'Angelo. In May 2025, Curran expressed her excitement for her new role in the film, which is currently in post-production, in an Instagram post.
"Can not wait to Buffalo Bill myself into Julia Winters and bring this wonderful character to life this summer in Tennessee with this fantastic group of people," she wrote. "Gratitude is just pouring out of me right now."
Curran has continued to post on social media as normal following the arrest and has yet to publicly comment on the public intoxication charge.
