ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say a man is set to face multiple charges, including obstruction of breathing, after an investigation into “family trouble” on Monday morning.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw officers shut down Mohawk Street near Portland Avenue for the investigation. Officers say they arrived at a home around 1:10 a.m., originally getting a report of multiple people stabbed. There was no stabbing, but officers did detain a 28-year-old man.
The man was taken to the hospital for an unrelated medical concern. Police say that, once he’s released, he’ll be charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief, and harassment. Check back for any updates.
