Rated at a maximum 57.6MW, it will provide computing and network capacity to six colocated buildings with the project scope including administration, operations support and security facilities.
The project will form part of a 29-acre greenfield campus on a larger 86‑acre site.

The data centre is due to be completed in 2028.
