Both bands have built loyal fanbases in the alt-rock and pop-rock scenes, making them natural fits for The Maine’s audience.

The Maine’s 2026 tour begins March 24 in Las Vegas at Brooklyn Bowl and wraps May 2 in Dallas, Texas. Major stops include Chicago, Brooklyn, Toronto, Atlanta, Nashville, Houston and Austin.

The headline trek marks the band’s first in nearly two years. When the tour was first announced, The Maine described it as a celebration of their longtime supporters.

“It’s time to celebrate the fact that you’ve chosen our band for the past 19 years,” the band shared. “We’re back for our first headline tour in two years, and we can’t wait to hear your voices singing the songs that have brought us all together. Long live The Maine. Long live 8123.”

The special guest announcement comes as The Maine prepare to release their 10th studio album, Joy Next Door, arriving April 10, 2026. The album begins a new era for the Tempe, Arizona band, which formed in 2007 and has kept the same five members throughout its career; John O’Callaghan, Kennedy Brock, Garrett Nickelsen, Jared Monaco and Pat Kirch.

Lead single “Die To Fall” introduced the project earlier this year. Fans can likely expect new material in the setlist alongside longtime favorites such as “Everything I Ask For,” “Black Butterflies and Déjà Vu,” and songs from 2023’s self-titled album.

Over nearly two decades, The Maine have transitioned from early pop-punk roots to a mature alternative rock sound, all while operating independently through their label 8123.

Now, with Nightly and Grayscale officially confirmed as tour support and multiple cities sold out, the 2026 headline run is entering its most in-demand phase. For fans still planning to attend, the clock may be ticking.
