At Walt Disney World Resort, Celebrate Soulfully kicked off this week and continues throughout February. A special Magic Kingdom parade moment on February 9, led by Toya Johnson-Rushing as honorary Grand Marshal, sets the tone, followed by performances, art and food offerings across the resort.
