WARREN — The Trumbull County Public Employee Retirees will hold its next meeting on Wednesday at Shepherd of the Valley, 4100 North River Road.
Doors open at 10:30 a.m., with the meeting beginning at 10:45 a.m. A $10 luncheon will follow the program.
The featured guest speaker will be Belinda Weiss, director of the President William McKinley Memorial in Niles. As director, Weiss oversees the preservation, education programs and public outreach efforts of the national memorial and museum dedicated to the life and legacy of President William McKinley, the 25th president of the United States.
Weiss will discuss the importance of preserving local history for future generations.
PERI meetings provide members and guests with timely information, fellowship and engaging programs of local historical interest. Members are encouraged to attend and enjoy the presentation and luncheon.
