ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Officers responded to a report around 8 p.m. of a man who had been hit by a vehicle on Bay Street in Rochester on Friday.
Police say they found a Rochester man, 65, at the scene who had been hit. The vehicle was missing from the scene, reports say.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and died on arrival.
The investigation is ongoing.
