One of Nancy's neighbors Brett McIntire told the New York Post that he'd noticed an unmarked white van parked on the street days before Nancy went missing.
“It was somewhere on that street. It was a white van, full-sized, with no printing on the sides. It was parked on the street," McIntire, who lives across the street from Nancy, told the outlet. "Normally people that are coming to work on your home will have a company vehicle or if they’re independent something written on it."
On Thursday, Feb. 5, Fox News reporter Michael Ruiz was outside Nancy's home and said that a neighbor had approached the media with possible information.
"A neighbor whose backyard touches Nancy Guthrie’s backyard just told reporters outside the home that she came to try and report a tip to detectives. She would not elaborate but said she saw something and wanted to report it," Ruiz wrote on X.
