Two New Yorkers—Emma and Conrad—are enjoying separate chance meetings on the subway when a power outage ruins the moment. In a flurry of rushing passengers, neither our hero or heroine get their possible soulmate's name. When the two meet again while searching for their missed connections, they decide to team up to find each other's subway crush—only in the process, they start to fall for one another!
