The Guess Who is back after 23 years for a Canadian tour. Announced in late 2025 via Instagram, the band is set to cover over a dozen Canadian cities between late January and August.
The 2026 reunion tour is notable for several reasons. For starters, it marks the first time original guitarist Randy Bachman and pianist Burton Cummings have played together since 2003. It is also the first time the group will perform after winning back the rights to their name.
In 2023, Bachman and Cummings launched a legal battle against original bassist Jim Kale and drummer Garry Peterson for false advertising. The lawsuit claimed Kale and Peterson were technically working as a "cover band" following the cancelation of performing rights to several Guess Who hits by Cummings.

The Guess Who was formed in 1965 by Chad Allan, Bachman, Kale and Peterson. Cummings later joined in early 1966 to replace Allan as lead vocalist and primary songwriter. Between 1965 and 1975, the band released 11 studio albums, garnering significant commercial success and critical acclaim. The band remains relevant today with a longtime fanbase and a legacy as Canada's first internationally famous classic rock band.
