New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch broke his silence after he was connected to the late disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
“We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments,” Tisch said of his relationship with Epstein in a Friday, January 30 statement. “I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.”
According to documents released by the United States Justice Department on Friday, Epstein connected Tisch, 76, with numerous women in 2013.
Tisch’s name reportedly appears at least 440 times in the emails released among the over three million documents released.

Epstein, who died in prison in August 2019, was arrested in July 2019 for sex trafficking minors and was a registered sex offender from 2008 until his death.
“Jeffery [sic] says Steve Tisch might come over around 7-7:30 tonight. Snacks for everyone!” read one email, first reported by The Athletic.
In another email — not as mundane — Epstein asks Tisch: “did you contact the great a** fake tit [name redacted].”
Tisch started that email chain in April 2013, inquiring about a woman he met at Epstein’s house.

Tisch replied: “Curious to know about [redacted] I will contact [redacted] … pro or civilian?”
“Do you want to know if she is sweet as she seems?” Epstein replies. “Boyfriends? Trustworthy, etc. she is earnest [redacted] is a civilian but russian, and rarely tells the truth , but fun.”
The next day, Epstein responded with an apparent update on the meet-up.
“Report just in, ——you did very well,” Epstein wrote. “She wants to go to the play,, –she is a little freaked by the age difference but go slow and wati [sic], i will try to convince her not to return to ukraine , having her crying worked,”
“Nice report …,” Tisch responded. “Funny comment on crying!!!”
In May 2013, Tisch emailed Epstein, following up about an apparent arrangement they had set up earlier with a different woman.

“Is my present in NYC?” he said.
Epstein replied, “Yes,” and Tisch followed up the next day, “Can I get my surprise to take me to lunch tomorrow?”
Tisch, in addition to his role with the Giants, has produced many Hollywood movies, including hits such as “Forrest Gump” and “Risky Business.”
He reportedly invited Epstein to watch a Giants game from his suite in September 2013, as well as other games. Epstein also invited Tisch to visit his private island, but it is not clear if Tisch took him up on the offer.
