ROCHESTER, N.Y. — One of the three men who kidnapped a boy in Greece has been sentenced to prison.
A judge sentenced Jayquon Martin to five years probation. He was convicted of criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal mischief.
Martin, Mikquon and Lennis Williams were all accused of forcing the boy to undress, threatening him with a gun, cutting his hair off, and handcuffing him in the backseat of a car.
The Williams are expected to go to trial at a later date.
