Speaking exclusively with Parade in August 2025, the entrepreneur shared that staying grounded in her body is central to navigating her new chapter as a single mom. “Working out is No. 1,” Mai said. “Especially with being in my mid-40s and really valuing how good life is when you’re healthy, you just feel better.”
Mai explained that when her daughter is with Jeezy, she uses the time to double down on her wellness routine, drawing from years of lived experience. “I’ve gone through all the phases,” she said, reflecting on what she’s learned about balance, rest, and intention. “Health as well.
