The Milwaukee Metal Fest has officially completed the lineup and is ready to charge ahead with its roster of bands.
Following months of anticipation, metal fans are finally in for a treat as the powerhouse metal gathering has announced the final addition to its band lineup.
In an Instagram update, the Milwaukee Metal Fest revealed the “final wave of bands” who will be joining the stage for a round of high-octane performances and heavy music mayhem.
With over 60 bands performing live for a three-day show, the fest organizers have included Machine Head, Generation Kill (featuring Exodus’ Rob Dukes), Heavy//Hitter and Creeping Death.

Moreover, metal icon Napalm Death is set to hit the stage for a two-day performance.
“The FINAL wave of bands is here! We are proud to announce that @machine_head, @generationkillband (Feat. @rob_dukes of Exodus), and @heavyhitterfl will be joining us on Saturday, June 6th! @creepingdeathtx will be taking the stage as well on Friday, June 5th. Finally, @theofficialnapalmdeath will also be performing TWO sets during our incredible weekend!” the caption reads.
Fans are in for an unforgettable weekend as the Milwaukee Metal Fest 2026 runs from June 5 to 7, preceded by a pre-party on June 4.

As for the final day, Ministry will take the top billing alongside Napalm Death, John Bush performing an Anthrax-era set, Integrity and All Shall Perish.
