Rebecca Loos is weighing in on the Beckham brood rift, alleging the fallout mirrors what she claimed about the family dynamic years ago — long before the cracks went public.
Loos, 48, spoke out in a teaser clip from the upcoming documentary The Beckham Feud: Truth and Lies, echoing Brooklyn Beckham’s remarks about his parents, Victoria Beckham and David Beckham. She sided with Brooklyn, 26, on the wedding dance drama by stating, “I think any other mother would’ve read the room.”
“Brooklyn is basically confirming inauthentic relationships, value of promotion, endorsements above all else, and that it’s all focused on brand Beckham, and that that’s all that matters,” Loos, who was David’s former assistant, said. (Loos has doubled down on her 2004 claims that she had a four-month extramarital relationship with David in 2003. David, for his part, has always denied allegations that he was unfaithful.)
“Suddenly you’re part of a big PR war. In a very small way, this is of course validation for what I said and came forward and said 22 years ago,” Loos continued.
Celebrities React to Brooklyn Beckham's Statement About His Family Feud
Loos sounded off after Brooklyn broke his silence via Instagram Stories on January 19 and revealed that he would be keeping his distance from his family. (Victoria, 51, and David, 50, share sons Brooklyn, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, as well as daughter Harper, 14.)

In his scathing post, Brooklyn alleged that his mom and dad had been “trying endlessly” to drive a wedge between him and wife Nicola Peltz Beckham throughout the duration of their relationship, including at the couple’s April 2022 nuptials. Among his shocking claims was a remark that his mom allegedly “danced very inappropriately” on him during his wedding.

Jon Kopaloff/Getty ImagesBrooklyn detailed being called to the stage by singer Marc Anthony, expecting to dance with Nicola, 31, before the former Spice Girls singer apparently took center stage and “hijacked” that special moment, noting he “never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.”
A source told E! News that Anthony, 57, welcomed Victoria to the stage by describing her as “the most beautiful woman in the room,” which was yet another awkward moment for Brooklyn and his new bride.
Loos said whether that alleged remark “came from [Victoria] or whether it was Marc Anthony is beside the point, because it shows a lack of awareness for other people’s feelings.”
She suggested that most moms would have “understood this is awkward and probably said, ‘Thank you for the compliment, but the most beautiful woman in the room is Nicola … Nicola, please take this dance.’”

“Or at least if the mother had had a few too many glasses of wine and was unable to read the room, maybe the husband or the father would then have maybe stepped in and maybe grabbed Nicola, twirled her around and then swap partners to let her have the dance,” Loos added.
Loos has rallied in support of Brooklyn after her claims resurfaced in 2023 when David and Victoria addressed infidelity allegations against him by multiple women and the impact they had on his marriage in his Netflix docuseries, Beckham.
Victoria said in the docuseries, “It was the hardest period [of our marriage] because it felt like the world was against us.”
David added, “Victoria’s everything to me. To see her hurt was incredibly difficult. But we’re fighters. And at that time, we needed to fight for each other, we needed to fight for our family. And what we had was worth fighting for.”
Channel 5’s documentary The Beckham Feud: Truth and Lies airs on Sunday, February 1.
