The new spirit is 38 percent alcohol by volume (ABV), gluten-free and perfectly mimics the vinegary-peppery scent and flavors of the popular hot sauce it's named for without being overwhelming. The heat doesn't hit all at once, either, but builds gradually and lingers—like an authentic hot sauce. It's recommended to be enjoyed as an easy shortcut for a classic or frozen Bloody Mary, a simple swap for spicing up vodka lemonades or martinis, or even on its own as a shot (which will really warm you up from the inside out).
