PENN YAN, N.Y. — A parolee is facing new charges in Penn Yan after being accused of raping a 15-year-old.
Penn Yan Police say Daniel Sims, 34, gave the victim drugs and alcohol before having sexual contact with them. Sims was charged with two counts of rape and facilitating a sexual performance of a child with drugs or alcohol.
Sims was brought to the Yates County Jail and is waiting for arraignment.
