After last week’s busy schedule, this week is a bit lighter. Highlighting the week are the dual meets between Cal and Stanford as the men will compete on Friday and the women on Saturday.
Those meets will be top 10 showdowns on both sides with the Cal men sitting at #7 and the Stanford men sitting at #8. On the women’s side, Stanford sits at #2 and Cal sits at #6.
Louisville will have a busy weekend, first racing Indiana on Saturday before competing against Cincinnati on Sunday. The #7 Louisville women are coming off of an upset over the #3 Texas women and will look for another upset this week as the Indiana women sit at #5. Anastasia Gorbenko notably set two school records for the Cardinals while down in Texas.
The Iron Bowl will take place in Tuscaloosa with Alabama hosting Auburn. Alabama is coming off wins over fellow SEC foe Texas A&M while Auburn had this past weekend off.
Looking at the Ivy League schedule, the tri-meet between Harvard, Yale, and Princeton (HYP) will be one to watch. Mitchell Scott of Princeton notably broke a Michael Phelps pool record earlier this month at the Naval Academy.
