The Super Bowl LX matchup is set!
On Feb. 8, the New England Patriots will face the Seattle Seahawks at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.
The matchup was finalized on Sunday, Jan. 25 following the AFC and NFC Championship games. The Patriots defeated the Denver Broncos 10-7 for the AFC title while the Seahawks clinched the NFC with a 31-27 win over the Los Angeles Rams.
If the Patriots win the Super Bowl, it would be their seventh franchise win and their first without Tom Brady. It also would make their quarterback, Drake Maye, the second-youngest quarterback to ever take home a Vince Lombardi Trophy.
On the other hand, if the Seahawks win, it would mark the franchise’s second Super Bowl win, following their first victory in 2014. The Seahawks last appeared in the Super Bowl in 2015 — where they lost to the Patriots. It would also be the first Super Bowl win for quarterback Sam Darnold.
