Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based private real estate developer, has said that it has received the completion certificate from the Department of Planning and Development (Trakhees) for its residential project, Shaista, which is in Al Furjan, located in Dubai’s new growth corridor. In a statement, Azizi said that Shaista contains 284 units, spread across 12 residential floors. The units comprise of 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom apartments, and 15 two-bedroom apartments. There are also eight penthouses and 7,100sqft of retail space in the building. Trakhees is the regulatory arm of Dubai’s Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC). It is responsible for licensing and regulating business
