Rochester, N.Y. — Police are searching for a driver after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Saturday morning.
Officers responded just after 9 a.m. to the area of Monroe Avenue and Cornell Street. Police say a 40-year-old city resident reported being hit by a gray sedan, which continued west on Monroe Avenue and left the scene before officers arrived.
The pedestrian was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries and complaints of pain to his lower leg.
