ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is expected to be sentenced on Thursday after being found guilty of a deadly stabbing at a Rochester apartment complex.
Raul Lazcano, 73, was convicted of second-degree murder for the May 2024 stabbing at Winton Gardens Towers on East Main Street. An argument led to the stabbing of Raul Lazcano, 68, in the community room. He died at Strong Hospital.
Prosecutors say that, during the argument, Lazcano left the room to grab a knife and returned. A jury convicted Lazcano in December.
