The Dancing With the Stars pro was spotted kissing a mystery woman on Sunday, January 18, nine months after his split from Brooks Nader.
Savchenko, 42, kissed the unidentified brunette as they wrapped their arms around each other’s backs at Studio City Farmers Market in California in photos published by Just Jared.
The pair were also seen hugging and holding hands during the PDA-filled outing.

“The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6, asking to speak,” he said in a statement to Us at the time. “I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”
