As of now, Paramount Plus has not confirmed when Landman season 3 will be released.

Season 1 debuted in November 2024 and season 2 followed suit in November 2025 so should schedules permit, we'd assume later this year will see new episodes land on our screens.
Who will return for Landman season 3?
Some fans initially thought that the direction of season 2 was pointing toward Billy Bob Thornton bowing out from the show, but the actor previously told USA Today that he will star on Landman "for as long as they'll have me." The actor signed a multi-year deal to helm the series as Tommy Norris, telling The Hollywood Reporter: "I think Landman, as an entity, will know when it’s over."
As for what could happen in season 3, we'll just have to wait and see, but as in previous seasons, we've seen that Tommy has continued to navigate high stakes, oil rigs, roughnecks and billionaires all while balancing his own personal drama. We're sure that with growing tensions and developing stories, there may be some new players in the game but as of yet, no new cast additions have been announced.
