POE = Percent of Effort. Athletes have cards with the colors of their POE times. Yellow = 85% of their best time. Blue = 92% of their best time. The goal is to have them holding within the yellow for VO2Max Work! Then get up & sprint. The power work at the end is in place of towers / racks.
