ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man has once again pleaded guilty to child porn possession, announced on Wednesday.
Local Rochester man, Marcobrien S. Volcy, 28, pleaded guilty to a prior conviction of child porn charges. He has been sentenced to serve 10 years in prison.
This comes after Volcy originally pleaded guilty in the Monroe County Court to possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years of age in August 2023. He was then sentenced to one to three years in prison.
In January 2024, while on probation, officials say Volcy once again obtained the illegal material, more than 650 images and videos of child porn.
His new sentencing is due to an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
