He was the No. 1 player in the state of South Carolina, and the No. 3 offensive lineman. There was a ton of interest for him in the portal, as Georgia and Miami both hosted him on visits.
In his 2 seasons at South Carolina, he has started all 24 games that he has played in, and missed only one game due to an injury. He earned All-Freshman SEC and Freshman All-American honors in 2024.
Beamer, at the end of the year, delivered a passionate speech where he guaranteed the Gamecocks would be a different team in 2026. That message has at least hit home in the locker room, with many of the top players staying home.
