Ryan Murphy and company strike again, with an all-new thriller series centered around that very question.
A trailer for The Beauty, premiering on FX later this month, dropped last week and has already racked up nearly 190 million views across social platforms — making it the network’s most-viewed trailer ever. Disney reports that to be a record for FX, according to Deadline.
The body-horror series' ad spot hit the internet Jan. 5 and sees Ashton Kutcher's villainous lead character pushing a mysterious drug that "makes you effortlessly beautiful." But it comes with a brutal cost, of course, in a similar vain of past Hollywood projects like The Substance (which starred Kutcher's ex Demi Moore, funnily enough).
