Previously, the Jersey Shore cast would use the term "DTF" when referring to someone at the club who was "down to f--k." Today, Sorrentino, 43, has turned the term into a brand: the DTF Cookie.
After officially becoming a co-owner of Bang Cookies last year, the Jersey Shore icon is launching his very first signature treat, the "Down to Fetti" cookie. The name is a cheeky nod to the famous phrase he helped make part of pop culture and the father of three's favorite type of cake.
"It’s happening," Sorrentino posted on Instagram on Jan. 12. "Down to Fetti drops THURSDAY at all @bangcookies locations and online at bangcookies.com."
Fans have "never been so excited for a cookie."
A longtime funfetti superfan, Sorrentino says this was the very first cookie he wanted to create. The result is a soft, ooey-gooey funfetti cookie made with all-natural, organic ingredients and loaded with white chocolate chips—a non-negotiable request straight from "The Situation" himself.
"This one’s been in my head for a long time," Sorrentino shared of the new flavor in a press release.
"Funfetti has always been my favorite, and I wanted to turn it into the ultimate cookie experience."
The DTF Cookie officially drops this Friday, Jan. 15, and will be added to Bang Cookies’ permanent lineup, so fans won’t have to rush to snag it before it disappears.
