Mr. Wayne Wright, age 85 of Rome died Saturday evening, January 10 at his home. He is survived by: daughter, Pam Wright Knight and husband Jimmy of Lebanon; grandson, Blake Hunter and wife Natalie of the Rome Community; brother, Edward Wright of Lyman, SC; sister-in-law, Denise Williams Kemp of the Buffalo Community.
Mr. Wright is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, January 15 at 3:00 PM. Pastor Travis Watkins will officiate. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation on Thursday only from 12:00 noon until service time at 3:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to American Heart or the Gideons.
