Alabama made a big addition to its 2026 transfer class on Sunday night.
The Crimson Tide earned a commitment from former Mississippi State defensive lineman Kedrick Bingley-Jones. He joins an Alabama defensive front that has lost some key pieces to the transfer portal already this offseason.

He spent the past 2 seasons with Mississippi State but emerged as a key part of the Bulldogs’ defensive line in 2025. He ended the campaign with 25 tackles and 1 pass deflection.
According to Pro Football Focus, Bingley-Jones played 343 snaps for Mississippi State during the 2025 season. He earned an overall PFF grade of 60.9, which was the highest among Mississippi State’s interior defensive linemen (min. 200 snaps).
Alabama is expected to continue adding players at a variety of positions via the transfer portal in the coming weeks. The Crimson Tide will be looking to make a deeper run in the College Football Playoff under Kalen DeBoer in 2026.
