A man died in a stabbing near a CTA station in the Loop early Saturday morning, police said.
At approximately 2:27 a.m., officers responded to an EMS call near Clark and Lake streets and found a man who was unresponsive with puncture wounds to the chest and abdomen. The individual, a 37-year-old man, was transported to an area hospital, where he died.
As of Saturday morning, no one had been taken into custody.
Detectives were investigating the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
