ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police arrested multiple people near the Transit Center on St. Paul Street around 7:49 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officer said they had to use “minor force.” No public injuries were reported, but one officer was treated for a non-life-threatening injury at Highland Hospital.
Operations at the Transit Center have returned to normal. The investigation is ongoing.
