Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s divorce is officially settled.
Court documents obtained by both TMZ and Fox News show the former couple submitted finalized terms Tuesday in a Nashville court, including a parenting schedule that designates Kidman, 58, as the primary parent to their two minor daughters and gives Urban “parenting time” every other weekend.
According to multiple reports, the judge signed off on the divorce on Tuesday, officially finalizing their split that first became public last September.
The agreement reflects a largely pre-negotiated split.
In filings viewed by People when Kidman first moved to dissolve the marriage in September 2025, the couple cited that they "have experienced marital difficulties and irreconcilable differences."
Under the Parenting Plan Order outlined in the September documents, their daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14 — will spend 306 days per year with Kidman and 59 days per year with Urban, with Urban’s regular time set as every other weekend.
Financially, the filing states that "neither party" (both of whom make over $100,000 a month, per the filings) will pay any amount int he form of alimony or spousal support to the other, adding: "All alimony and spousal support claims are hereby forever waived by the parties."
According to Fox News, the child support was set at $0 as part of the settlement.
Nicole and Keith's Love Story
Kidman and Urban’s story was long framed as a modern Hollywood fairy tale. Both Australian, they ultimately made Nashville their base.
According to People, they first met at the G’Day USA gala in Los Angeles on Jan. 15, 2005. They married on June 25, 2006, in Sydney’s beachside suburb of Manly.
The couple later welcomed Sunday, born July 2008 in Nashville, and Faith, born December 2010 in Nashville via a gestational surrogate. Kidman also shares two children — Bella and Connor — from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.
For Keith, It's 'Family First'
As their marriage has unraveled publicly over the last several months, Urban previously described a philosophy that centered home first and foremost.
In a 2023 interview with Fox News Digital, he said: "It’s always family first. It’s balanced, so it means it goes out of balance sometimes, and we just put it back in balance. It’s never perfectly in balance, but we get it back on track."
Now, the settlement’s structure reads like they chose containment over courtroom battles.
