ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police found a body on Pennsylvania Avenue near Third Street, inside a detached garage. Police responded at about 12;56 p.m. after receiving a report about the body.
There is no indication of foul play at this time, police say.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to determine the identity of the person and how they died.
