NFL Week 18: Bears vs. Lions — Lineups, Inactives, Promo, More

NFL WEEK 18: CHICAGO BEARS VS. DETROIT LIONS — The regular-season finale is finally here. Chicago’s football team is playing to nail down the No. 2 seed in the NFC playoffs. Meanwhile, these players and coaches have something to play for in Week 18:

Caleb Williams, quarterback — QB1 can become the team’s single-season passing yardage leader (Erik Kramer, 3,838 yards in 1995) and the franchise’s first 4,000-yard passer with a 270-yard performance through the air. D’Andre Swift, running back — Swift has already earned his second career 1,000-yard rushing season. But he could set a new career high in scrimmage yards (1,345) and total touchdowns (10) if things go his way. Kyle Monangai, running back — An 800-yard rushing season is in Monangai’s sights entering Week 18. The Rutgers product has 769 rushing yards coming into this one. If he gets to 800, it will make him the first Bears rookie to reach that mark since David Montgomery ran for 889 yards as a rookie in 2019. Montez Sweat, edge rusher — Sweat is sitting on 9.5 sacks. His next sack will push him into double figuers, which would make him the first Chicago defender to collect 10+ sacks since Robert Quinn in 2021.

And if Ben Johnson gets his 12th win today, it will be the most for a Bears coach in their first season since Matt Nagy snagged 12 in 2018. Go get ’em, gang.
