Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff recently shared "vulnerable" before and after photos of her "horrible" skin condition, cystic acne.
On Saturday, Jan. 3, the TLC alum took to her Instagram Stories to share an update on her battle for clear skin. Tori, 34, is the wife of Zach Roloff, 35, and a mom of three kids: Jackson, 8, Lilah, 6, and Josiah, 3.

"Okay, this is a little bit of a vulnerable post," she began her update. "But this time last year, I was struggling so bad with my skin. I was getting the worst cystic acne, and it hurt and looked horrible. I'm not one to get insecure, but this one was hard to work through for me.
The accompanying photo showed a makeup-free Tori with several blemishes on her face. However, in another segment, she included a more recent snapshot that revealed a much clearer complexion.
"This is almost exactly one year later after working with "gloaestheticsandwellness @zoskinhealth and @skinbetter!! My skin looks and feels so much better. I've also consistently worked to heal my gut with @tryarmra also, and I'm feeling so grateful."

Speaking of body insecurity, Tori previously opened up about struggling with her changing body during pregnancy. In 2019, when she was pregnant with Lilah, Tori confessed that her experience that time around was "a lot harder" than when she carried her son.
"Don’t get me wrong—I’ve been so lucky," she shared via Instagram. "I'm not sick (anymore) and I haven’t had any complications (thank the lord). However, I have had a harder time accepting my body this go around."
Tori continued, "I’ve gotten bigger a lot faster than I did with Jackson and I’ve become a lot more insecure. Hearing people ask me if I’m sure it’s not twins definitely does not help (for all our sakes—don’t ever ask a woman this question. Like ever). It’s been hard to really enjoy this pregnancy because I’ve let my own body image issues get in the way."
View this post on InstagramTo end her post, Tori acknowledged that women are "bada--" because they can grow babies and that she was trying to "be thank for this gift."
She wrote, "But for all those women out there—pregnant or not—you need to hear this just like I do: You’re beautiful, you’re strong, and dang it love yourself no matter what. I know someone besides just me needs to hear that today. So excuse me while I go try my best to live out these words and continue growing a freaking human being. ???."
In February 2024, Zach and Tori announced they were leaving LPBW after 25 Seasons. The show has not aired new episodes since then.
